Stefan Blanchard
Broker
Before founding First Light Realty, Stefan worked as a sales agent, associate broker, and broker at the Christopher Group LLC. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the Isenberg School of Management (UMass Amherst), and an Associate of Applied Science from Mid-Plains Community College. He’s a captain on the Blue Hill Fire Department (volunteer) and a former paramedic. In his free time, he enjoys vegetable gardening, canoeing, and camping. Stefan brings a methodical approach to real estate and is particularly interested in sustainable building practices.
Stefan is also currently the first VP for the Acadia Council of the Mid-Coast Board of REALTORS.
Meredith Townsend
Sales Agent
Meredith has many years of experience in real estate sales through her role as the Director of Marketing and Community Relations at Parker Ridge Retirement Community where she sells retirement cottages and rents Residential Living and Assisted Living apartments. She’s a member of the Blue Hill and Sedgwick Fire Departments and is Vice President of the Blue Hill Peninsula Chamber of Commerce. Meredith lives in Blue Hill with her husband and twin daughters. Her favorite thing to do is watch her daughters compete in sports at GSA and spend time with family and friends.
